4.3 Immediate Cancellation

If you cancel within the 14-day guarantee period and request an immediate refund, your subscription will be terminated immediately upon refund approval, and access to premium features will cease.

6. Prorated Refunds

In exceptional circumstances (such as unresolved technical issues or billing errors), we may offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription period. Prorated refunds are calculated based on:

  • The remaining days in your current billing period
  • The original subscription price
  • Any applicable processing fees (if permitted by law)

Prorated refunds are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed for standard cancellations.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with your payment provider
